Ghosts are a rare occurrence in Mega New York, but has recently stepped up in size and numbers due to... something strange. The Ghostbusters must recouperate their old standing, dust off the spare Proton Packs, investigate alerts and hire new recruits to fight against the invasion of ghosts! Improve your technology, make a flying version of Ecto-One and finally travel into the twisted twilight-zone and eradicate who or what is driving the P.K.E. Meters wild! STAYPUFT MARSHMALLOW MAN AS THE OVERSPAWN! I mean, this idea really does writes itself, doesn't it? Apocalypse has pretty much the perfect mechanics that you could twist to your own desires. You're got a cityscape, a battlescape, sighting alerts, corporation relations, economics, alternate dimensions; so much more! As the title suggests, what would a Ghostbusters mod look like? The cityscape and battlescape is self-explanatory, but the sighting alerts would work perfectly for ghosts as it does for aliens. Take the hotel scene in Ghostbusters 1. You've got slimer that's been spotted by the staff and they call the ghostbusters. Same deal with the library at the beginning of the movie. But there are some hurdles to get past. Especially in the battlescape department. What do you think? Is this viable or did you think of something that could break it?
