Difficulty registering to openapoc.org

Someone who knows me has manually valadated me so I can now report on this problem.

I wasn't receiving my validation email. I changed my settings to three different email accounts that I use and re-sent the forum validation email over several weeks but no mail arrived.

Obviously I am fine now, but the forum admin might want to look at it in case anybody else is being denied.

I am using the Thunderbird email client with three email providers and haven't noticed any other missing mail ... but I wouldn't, would I?

Please try sending an email to pswe001 (at) aucklanduni.ac.nz ... the university uses gmail for their services, so I would expect it to work.

 

Solved, thanks. The University was binning the emails into a SPAM folder and not passing them on.
